Step 1
Combine cranberry juice cocktail, granulated sugar, whole cloves, cinnamon stick, and orange slices in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Bring to a boil; stir until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Allow to cool slightly, and ladle into punch cups. Float one orange slice in each cup and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve warm.
