Preparation
Step 1
Combine mango, yoghurt, nectar, rum and 200g of crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sweeten with simple syrup, if needed.
Step 2
Divide among 4 glasses and serve.

450ml Greek yoghurt
120ml mango nectar
120ml white rum
Crushed ice
30 to 60ml simple syrup, depending on sweetness of mangoes
