Preparation

Step 1


To make your own sweet and sour mix, add 2 tablespoons of sugar to 225ml of lemon juice and stir.


Step 2


Muddle all the ingredients together. Strain into a highball glass with ice.

  • 15ml Campari

  • 30ml sweet and sour mix

  • 30ml fresh pink grapefruit juice

  • 5ml pomegranate syrup

  • 1/4 wedge pomelo

  • A twist of orange zest to garnish
