Preparation
Step 1
To make your own sweet and sour mix, add 2 tablespoons of sugar to 225ml of lemon juice and stir.
Step 2
Muddle all the ingredients together. Strain into a highball glass with ice.

15ml Campari
30ml sweet and sour mix
30ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
5ml pomegranate syrup
1/4 wedge pomelo
A twist of orange zest to garnish
